Die neuen Modelle in DSM-5 und ICD-11

Abstract

In den aktuellen Klassifikationssystemen für psychische Störungen, DSM und ICD, zeichnet sich im Bereich der Persönlichkeitsstörungen (PS) ein Paradigmenwechsel ab. Im Kern geht es dabei um die Einführung von 2 dimensionalen Modulen zur Erfassung des Schweregrads und der Art der Persönlichkeitsproblematik (PP). Auf diese Weise könnte eine Reihe von Problemen gelöst werden, die mit den aktuell noch gültigen kategorialen Systemen verbunden sind.
